ACP Inspection
Inspection Interval
NIFCC carry out annual inspections to ensure that approved members continue to meet the ACP Product Standard. Annual inspections will involve a full inspection against the requirements of the ACP Product Standard.
Inspection Scope
An inspection will normally take between 2-3 hours depending on the number of houses to be inspected.
The inspection covers those aspects of the production chain which relate to that farm. The ACP Standard is divided into the following areas:
- Breeder Replacement
- Breeder Layers
- Hatchery
- Chickens
- Free Range
- Catching, Transport & Slaughter
