Only livestock which are deemed fit for sale must be accepted for sale at the Livestock Market.
The inspector will ask the procedure for dealing with unfit, ill or injured animals and lactating females with overstocked udders.
Calves must not be accepted for sale if they are under seven days old or have been offered for sale in any market in the previous 28 days.
