Objectives
At the end of the training course, delegates will:
- Understand the background to the Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 6
- Have gone through an overview of the Standard requirement clauses
- Have a background and introduction to the Certification process
- Be given a good foundation to attending the 2 day ‘Understanding Requirements course'.
