2-day BRC approved training course detailing background, benefits, protocol and requirements of the standard and audit planning and compliance procedures
Cost
£260.00 + VAT per delegate including a copy of the Standard.
£190.00 + VAT per delegate excluding a copy of the Standard.
Duration: 2 days (including a 90 minute written examination)
Objectives
At the end of the training course, delegates will:
- Understand the background and benefits of the Standard
- Understand the content of the Standard in terms of the Protocol and Requirements
- Understand the detail of the Scheme
- Understand audit planning and the events during and after the audit
- Understand the current compliance monitoring of Certification Bodies by the BRC

- Audit scope and planning for the audit
- The time spent in carrying out the GMP and Document Review audits
- The Enrolment Scheme

Pre-requisites for training:
- Delegates must have read and reviewed a copy of the Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 6 prior to the course.

Delegates are required to have access to the Standard for the course which can either be purchased from NIFCC for £70 or you can bring your own.
